OBJECTIVES and GENERAL INFORMATION

The aim of the Working Group is to promote direct contact between legume and vegetable virus research workers throughout the world.

This aim is pursued by:

• Distribution of information among group members through exchange of an Annual Report.
• Exchange of reprints, antisera and seeds of virus indicator plants.
• Organisation of international meetings open to non-members.

The Group, although linked to the International Society for Horticultural Science (ISHS), acts independently through a steering committee.

Access to the Group is obtained via nomination by one existing member, and approval of the Steering Committee. More details on the Objectives and the Organization can be found here.
